✅ Stitching, zips, metalwork, and soles.
❌ Normal wear & tear, misuse, or unauthorised repairs.

Returns & Exchanges

● 30-day return policy – Items must be new, unworn, and in original packaging.

● Refunds/exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days.

● Free return shipping is available in the UK & EU only.

● All shipping charges, import duties, and local/state taxes are non-refundable.
