Size Guide

Getting the right fit matters, especially when it comes to protective gear. Use the charts below to find your perfect size across our trousers, tops, boots and gloves. If you're ever unsure, our team is on hand to help — just get in touch and we'll point you in the right direction.

1. Men's Trousers Size Chart

Use this chart to find your size across the Treehog trouser range, with UK size, waist, and leg length measurements in inches and centimetres.

Waist

Measure around your natural waistline, at the level where your trousers normally sit, keeping the tape horizontal all the way round.

Leg Length

From your crotch point, measure down the inside of your leg to the ankle bone to find your ideal leg length.

This chart covers our jackets, hi-vis tops and casual layers, with UK/US and EU sizes alongside chest measurements.

Chest

Wrap a flexible tape under your arms around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it level and snug without constricting.

Fit Tip

If you're between sizes, or plan to layer underneath, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

3. Boots Size Chart

Our chainsaw-rated boots are available in UK, US and EU sizes. Use the foot length and width measurements below to find your correct fit.

Foot Length

Stand with your weight evenly distributed, then measure from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe.

Foot Width

Measure across the widest part of your foot, from one side to the other, to check against the width column.

Boot Fit Tip

  • If you fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size to allow room for thicker socks.

4. Gloves Size Chart

All Treehog gloves are unisex. Use your palm circumference and length measurements below to find the correct size for optimum dexterity and protection.

Palm Circumference

Wrap the tape around your palm, just below the knuckles, excluding the thumb.

Palm Length

Measure from the base of your palm to the tip of your middle finger.

5. Harness Size Chart

Use your waist and thigh measurements below to find the correct harness size for a secure, comfortable fit while climbing.

Waist

Measure around your natural waistline, at the point where the harness waist belt will sit, keeping the tape horizontal all the way round.

Thigh

Measure around the fullest part of your upper thigh to check your fit through the leg loops.

Harness Fit Tip

  • If your measurements fall between two sizes, or near the edge of a range, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable, adjustable fit.
