CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES:EU – All orders above 150,00€ maybe subject to import tax.
- VAT will be charged at your local rate
- Up to 12% duty maybe charged on all products.
- All shipments from UK to Europe will require customs clearance which is normally completed by UPS, however you should allow an extra 1-2 days on delivery times.
USA – All orders above US $800 will be subject to import tax. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department for more information.
Canada - All goods have an additional 5% tax (GST). Some provinces either charge an additional provincial sales tax (PST), or use a harmonized sales tax (HST) that includes the GST.
Please note we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Australia – All orders above AUS $1000 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, so please check with the Department of Home Affairs for more information
New Zealand - All orders above NZD $60 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel.
Refusing to Pay Customs:
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Arbortec, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

If you have a UPS/DPD package marked as delivered but haven't received it, please contact your local mail facility.

Arbortec will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, please contact us within 30 days from the receipt of original order. The items must be returned with all the Arbortec or Treehog tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as shoe boxes and clothing boxes. Your Item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Arbortec and Treehog is not responsible for any return shipping costs.REFUNDS:
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have your returned item and submit it for inspection to our Quality Control department. When your return is approved, we will then issue a refund to your account using the same payment method as the original purchase.FAULTS WITH ITEM:
