CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES:

USA – All orders above US$800 will be subject to import tax. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department for more information.

Australia – All orders above AUS$1000 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, so please check with the Department of Home Affairs for more information

New Zealand - All orders above NZD$60 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel.

Refusing to Pay Customs

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Arbortec, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

If you have a UPS/DPD package marked as delivered but haven't received it, please contact your local mail facility.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

RETURNS:

Arbortec will Accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, please contact us within 30 days from the receipt of original order. The items must be returned with all the Arbortec tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as shoe boxes and clothing boxes. Your Item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Arbortec is not responsible for any returned the shipping costs.  

REFUNDS:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  If the your return is approved, we will then issue a refund to your account.

FAULTS WITH ITEM:

Arbortec will accept items that have issues if notified or returned to the head office within the warranty time. (Please Find the warranty periods below) The begin the returns process we will need the following details sent to sales@arbortec.com .
