Additional Information
- Any customs duties or additional charges which apply to your order (if your order is delivered outside of the UK) will be your responsibility and are not included in the delivery costs.
- Please note that all shipping charges, import duties, and local/state taxes are non-refundable.
- Delivery times will vary depending on the country. If you are buying products during promotional periods, it may take a little longer for your order to be delivered.
- Whilst we endeavour to have your items delivered as soon as possible, if your order has been delayed by an event outside of our control (e.g. courier delays, logistics, or weather) we will let you know as soon as possible.
Customs & Import Fees
EU
- Please note that some countries may apply import taxes and duties from €0, while others have a threshold (e.g. €150.00). Charges vary depending on the destination country's regulations.
- VAT will be charged at your local rate.
- Up to 20% import duty may apply on some products.
- All shipments from the UK to Europe will require customs clearance, which is normally completed by our carrier. Please allow an additional 1–2 days on your expected delivery time.
USA
- Due to recent changes in the US, all orders, regardless of value, will now be subject to import/duty fees and local/state taxes.

Canada
- All goods are subject to 5% GST.
- Some provinces either charge an additional Provincial Sales Tax (PST), or use a Harmonised Sales Tax (HST) that includes the GST.
Australia
- All orders above AUD $1,000 will be subject to import duties.

New Zealand
- All orders above NZD $60 will be subject to import duties.

About Customs Fees
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges required by the destination country are paid promptly upon arrival. If these charges are not settled and the shipment is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct all associated costs, including return shipping fees, storage charges, and administrative fees, from any refund due. In cases where no refund is due (e.g. wholesale/reseller orders), the purchaser remains liable for all costs incurred as a result of the failed delivery.
Refusing to Pay Customs
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned to us, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund. If you are unsure whether you will be subject to customs fees, we strongly recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
