COVID-19

At Treehog we are closely monitoring the situation around COVID-19. The impact is being felt in availability of stocks, carrier delivery times and general supplier response times. We are striving to maintain customer service throughout, and extended delivery times is an issue we acknowledge. We are doing out utmost to minimise disruptions to our customers.

 

HOW IS TREEHOG DEALING WITH THE CURRENT SITUATION? 

We are now working as usual but have taken the appropriate precautions recommended by the UK Government and Public Health England.

Our employees who have returned to work in our warehouse and factory are actively minimising potential transmission in accordance with the requirements of the health authorities and recommendations of the World Health Organisation. If the situation changes due to new government advice we will take every measure necessary to ensure the well being of our teams and partners.

Any public events, shows, and head office visits will be postponed until further notice.
